仕事内容

You will be responsible for programming tasks in the development of home console game titles using an in-house engine or Unity/Unreal Engine. You will communicate with the team members to solve problems and issues without being limited by your job title, depending on the specifications and expression requirements of the project. If you have leadership experience, you will start working as a senior engineer initially and become a leader after grasping the internal development flow.

給与

年収400万円～900万円

・Full payment of overtime allowance, commuting allowance provided, and other allowances provided.

・Twice-yearly bonuses

・Pay raise is once a year
※Depending on your experience and skills, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Flextime system
Core hours: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Flexible hours: 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM / 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM

資格・経験

・Native level Japanese ability
・3 or more years of practical experience in consumer game programming using C++ language
・Basic knowledge and practical experience in 3D game development
